Caran d'Ache's Leman collection is inspired by the ever-changing waters of Lake Geneva (also known as Lac Leman) and the surrounding landscape.

Vert de Gris, or Verdegris, from the French for 'green of grey' is a patina often seen on copper and bronze statues and rooftops - the grey-green colour of the Statue of Liberty. It's also shade 713 in the Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 range of coloured pencils, from where it became the inspiration for this special edition of the Leman. The colour evokes a sense of serenity.

The Leman ballpoint features a satin lacquered barrel complemented by polished silver-plated, rhodium-coated accents with an intricate barrel design. The pocket clip is hinged, and the cap ring is inscribed with 'Caran d'Ache' and 'Swiss made'. Smooth twist-retract mechanism.
