Copic Ciao offers a fantastic value for money graphics marker with all the usual Copic quality but at a lower cost. They're not quite as big as the Classic and the Sketch but nonetheless, offer a fantastic introductory option to Copic, the leading professional graphics marker. Whether you're just trying out different colours without committing to more expensive options or you just want to try Copic for the first time, Ciao still offers a great value for money choice with a massive 180 colours to choose from.
With a flexible brush nib at one end and an angled chisel nib at the other, Ciao offers a dynamic double ended alcohol-based marker. It's a popular option among students and beginners especially. The 180 colour options are a more refined selection than the Sketch and the Classic but an emphasis has been placed on selecting shades that are both easy to layer and blend.
The barrel holds up to 1.4ml of ink and with the use of the , each marker can be refilled up to 9 times. The brush and chisel tips are also completely replaceable and the tough durable plastic body means they last a long time.
To refill your ink: Simply remove the caps on both sides of your marker, pull out the broad chisel nib and insert the Copic ink nozzle and fill until the ink reaches the padding of the main body. Pop your nib back in, let it sit for a moment and when the ink stains the nib, you're good to go!
Each marker is easy to identify with the corresponding colour code and name marked on both the cap ends.
